Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the PuppySight app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Jian Huang (collectively, the "Application"). Jian Huang is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect or transmit personal information to the Service Provider when you download and use it. Registration is not required. Processing performed by the Application takes place on your device. Apart from optional in-app purchases described below, the Application does not initiate network connections during normal use. If you contact the Service Provider via the in-app email option, communication is handled by your device's system mail client.
When you view purchase offers, purchase or restore PuppySight Pro, or when the Application verifies Pro access, the Application connects to Apple and to RevenueCat, a third-party purchase service. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and transaction information, and limited technical information necessary to operate purchases and prevent fraud. Payments are processed by Apple. The Service Provider does not receive your payment card or bank-account details.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Apart from Apple and RevenueCat in connection with in-app purchases as described above, the Application does not share personal information with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Uninstalling the Application removes it and its local data from your device. Uninstalling does not delete purchase records already retained by Apple or RevenueCat under their respective policies.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting mambahj24dev@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Purchase-related processing described in this policy is not used for advertising or child-directed profiling. If you voluntarily provide personal information through other means and are under 13 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.
Security
Because most processing takes place on your device, the risk of personal data exposure is limited. Purchase-related information transmitted to Apple and RevenueCat is protected by their respective security measures. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach occurs involving any data you have voluntarily provided, or any data controlled by the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law. Incidents affecting systems controlled by Apple or RevenueCat are governed by their respective policies and legal obligations.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
